Return + CANCELLATION Policy

Merchandise may be returned/cancelled for store credit ONLY (10% restocking fee will be deducted) 14 days from the day your order has shipped.

Credit will be applied for the amount paid for the product. Credit will only be applied for the item, not for any shipping and handling charges.

The customer pays return shipping. Shipping is non-refundable. SimpLee Sweet Wholesale is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged.

• Clearance & Sale items are FINAL SALE & Can’t be Returned!

There is a 10% restocking fee on all returns.

To be eligible for store credit you must do the following to get a return authorization: 

• Email hello@simpleesweetwholesale.com with a photo of each page of your packing slip that was included in your order, your order number & reason for return, ALONG with the filled out authorization form! (authorization form can be emailed to you)
• All items must be unworn, unwashed, & in the original condition that they are received in (tags & boxes included if applicable)
• SimpLee Sweet Wholesale must receive items within 14 calendar days of return approval. 

If you received a DAMAGED item, we MUST be notified via e-mail hello@simpleesweetwholesale.com within 3 DAYS of delivery with a completed authorization form. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES AFTER 3 DAYS OF RECEIVING!
